Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Digitalancer Hub website and to enquiries about freelance website design and development services. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms.

2. Services and project enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Any project work will be confirmed separately in writing, including scope, deliverables, timings, price, payment schedule, and launch responsibilities.

3. Quotes, deposits, and payments

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the enquiry. A deposit or staged payment may be required before work begins. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be quoted and charged separately. Late or missing feedback, content, access, or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, brand assets, account access, and feedback needed to complete the project. You confirm that any materials you provide are yours to use or that you have permission to use them.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, you own the final website content and project-specific design assets once all agreed fees are paid. Digitalancer Hub may retain ownership of reusable know-how, workflow methods, code patterns, and non-client-specific tools used to deliver the work. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, and services remain subject to their own licences.

6. Portfolio use

Digitalancer Hub may refer to completed work in a portfolio, proposal, or case-study format unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing. Sensitive project details will not be published without permission.

7. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, analytics, email delivery, payment providers, content management systems, and other third-party services may have their own terms, fees, data practices, uptime limits, and support policies. Those services remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its security, submit malicious content, scrape it excessively, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law or the rights of another person.

9. Accuracy and availability

The information on this website is provided for general information about Digitalancer Hub services. Reasonable care is taken to keep it accurate, but no guarantee is given that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully up to date.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitalancer Hub is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of this website. Project-specific liability terms may be agreed separately in writing.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded under UK law, including any rights you may have as a consumer.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere in the UK.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form on the main website.
